Add Current Bid to Criteria profiles

We'd like to use the current bid to include or exclude KW's from a Rule. We'd also like to be able to assign rules based on the CPC's relation to the bid - for example - if the CPC is only $0.50 but the current bid is $1.00, then we don't want to increase the bid. But if the CPC is within say 10-20% or $0.90 CPC on a bid of $1.00, then we'd like to adjust the bid up in that case.

It seems like one of the largest gaps in your current input variables to rules/ criteria.
